At the Gambling Commission, we are passionate about supporting our colleagues across the business to reach the best of their abilities. Coaching and Mentoring, both internally from colleagues in the Gambling Commission or externally from members of the WME pool, is key in helping us achieve this.
Coaching and Mentoring can help colleagues navigate situations and put plans into action to help overcome a variety of challenges they may face. These could be:
Colleagues who utilise the WME pool will have access to support from a group of experienced coaches and mentors from across the West Midlands with a variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise. External Coaches and Mentors within the pool have all undergone a Level 5 or higher Coaching qualification and undergo regular reviews and CPD activity to keep their knowledge up to date. You can also access internal Mentors via this portal if you are looking for support from someone with specific Commission knowledge.
Coaching and Mentoring is available to all colleagues at the Gambling Commission and colleagues should direct any queries to the People Services team via the People Portal.
