Principal Consultant - Resourcing

Chloe joined West Midlands Employers in 2021 and leads the resourcing service. She brings over 18 years’ experience across the wider HR profession, with a particular specialism in resourcing and recruitment, and a strong focus on the public and not-for-profit sectors.

She is MCIPD Level 7 qualified and holds a Master’s degree in Leading and Managing People. Her career has spanned a range of HR roles, building strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, service delivery and pragmatic problem solving.

Chloe is passionate about helping organisations across the West Midlands attract and retain the best talent through practical, accessible and innovative approaches.

She works with organisations to navigate recruitment challenges, strengthen processes and build sustainable talent pipelines. Her collaborative approach has supported the development of impactful initiatives, contributing to both regional and national recognition.
