A highly regarded and credible Chartered Fellow CIPD (FCIPD) with 30 years’ experience as a people-centred HR professional in the education/public/not-for-profit sectors, mainly as a generalist and employee relations specialist, in operational and strategic roles. Experience has been in large, multi-site, fast changing and unionised environments. 20+ years’ experience in Education HR working with schools/academies and MATs. Specific interest in staff wellbeing and mediation.
