Catherine’s HR background spans a variety of organisations, both large and small, including the voluntary sector, NHS, and private sector. Her various experiences have given her a broad understanding of all areas of a business alongside her HR specialism — from IT, systems and operational challenges to budgeting.

She has taken valuable lessons from each of her previous roles, whether in the high- pressure environment of a call centre, within large, multi-site operations with centralised HR teams, or supporting housing associations and other not-for-profits.

Over the course of her career, Catherine has found that she thrives on getting things done and delivering a positive working experience, usually in collaboration with an in-house HR team. Catherine now provides award-winning HR consultancy services, delivering project-based solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.
