Jag is an outstanding HR practitioner and strategic consultant with multiple industry experience, ranging from Local Government (including Housing Services); Education and Children’s Services (schools, children’s homes, CAMHS and FE Colleges – OFSTED regulated); Health and Social Care (CQC regulated); and Financial Services (FSA regulated).

Jag holds a level 7 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management and an additional level 7 CIPD certificate in Human Resources Development – a rare combination in the HR field. Having managed countless high-profile/high-risk and complex cases, Jag is equipped with the knowledge, skills and expertise to support with investigations and ER case management.

Some of the key cases Jag has managed include safeguarding, fraud, theft, sexual harassment, discrimination, relationship breakdown and other dismissals falling within the Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR) band, to name but a few. One particular case involved multi-agency stakeholders including safeguarding, the police and Team Prevent/anti-terrorism and involved careful and multifaceted risk management.

Aside from complex case handling, Jag is an outstanding Executive Coach, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Practitioner Coach. With the insights Jag has attained by working with organisational, regional and departmental leaders, he has several tools and techniques to support the development of strategic and leadership capabilities. Jag has a specialism in Psychological Contracts enabling him to support cultural change at a deeper level. Another skill which Jag utilises during coaching is his ability to provide feedback, which he is renowned for. This supports a collaborative, honest and appropriately challenging environment in a healthy and supportive learning environment and generate insights that they would otherwise not have.

Jag has great experience of dispute resolution and is qualified with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) as an Interpersonal Mediator with exceptional dispute resolution handling.
