Fiona Narburgh
Personal Profile
After 30 years in local government, Fiona decided to step outside the sector and begin working independently. She helps organisations communicate what they do by developing their brand and implementing creative yet down-to-earth messaging. She supports individuals to become more engaged at work by delivering motivational training and one-to-one coaching.
Fiona is passionate about facilitating away days and conferences, where she is often brought in to keep events pacey yet productive. She has successfully coached individuals into new senior leadership roles and is recognised for her dynamic and impactful approach.
In her last role, Fiona was part of the shared management team for Wychavon and Malvern Hills Councils, overseeing a wide range of corporate services - from strategy, communications, and performance to member services, elections, and customer services. She is particularly committed to helping councils gain recognition for their achievements and previously led work with the Local Government Association (LGA) and LG Communications on the most recent Reputation Campaign for local government.
Fiona is known for her energy and enthusiasm, which inspires those she works with. She thrives on new challenges, whether it’s setting out a new strategy, leading a change programme, or running a marathon.
