Ruby Bhattal is Founding Director of Ruby Bhattal Coaching & Consultancy Ltd, a strategic communications and marketing expert working at the intersection of consultancy, coaching and mentoring. She delivers organisational, professional and personal impact through strategic advice and practical solutions.
Ruby spent nearly two decades as Head of Communications and Marketing at Nottingham City Council before leading brand and reputation at the University of Nottingham. She holds an MBA, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a SOLACE Associate. She has coached and mentored for over 10 years, and is now completing ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching (building on her ILM 5), and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She received the Comms2Point0 Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in local government communications in 2023.
