Sarah has a successful track record at a senior leadership level in Local Government, NHS and Government with proven success in managing strategic population health, policy development and change programmes. She is a qualified, experienced and credentialed coach with experience of coaching at executive leadership levels in a wide range of public sector organisations, including local government, civil service, NHS and executive non-departmental public bodies. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, having delivered leadership development and women into leadership programmes within local government over the last 10 years.

Sarah originally trained to use a coaching approach within her public sector career and also trained and practiced as a mentor within internal NHS and local government schemes. She trained for three years to practice as a counsellor, before qualifying as a coach in 2019.

Sarah set up her consultancy business in 2014 and as well as coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation, she has also delivered a number of projects for public sector clients including continuing health care transformation, corporate performance and social care performance management. She has also carried out a number of small-scale deep dive research projects for organisations as diverse as public sector service companies to social care IT companies to the NHS.

Sarah has also worked with a number of neurodivergent adults, most of whom work in the public sector, as part of an access-to-work scheme offering coaching and was herself confirmed as AUDHD in her early 50s. She works as a business mentor for new coaches who are developing their coaching businesses.
