Shane O’Callaghan

With over 40 years HR experience in Mets, Borough and District Councils, including over 20 with West Midlands Employers.

Shane has worked on a wide range of HR related areas, which has covered employer relations investigations, pay and grading, restructures, mediations, TUPE, policy design and implementation etc, as well as management experience over HR teams.

Whilst at WME, Shane was also part of a first response team for all HR queries and information requests on HR related matters. In addition, Shane is also a qualified trainer and has designed, developed and delivered on a full range of HR related subject matter, including disciplinary, grievance, capability & sickness absence, plus area such as recruitment and selection, job evaluation, equal opportunities, and many more, as well as various Management Development modules on bespoke LA programmes.
