Sue Groves
Sue has over 30 years' local government experience, the last 15 of which were in corporate organisational development at principal officer / senior management level in a unitary council. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of learning & development interventions. She has developed and implemented a variety of leadership programmes ranging from pre-management programmes through to senior leadership development programmes.
These programmes were accredited with ILM and underpinned by bespoke competencies, 360-degree appraisal and coaching. She has developed and delivered a wide range of personal development workshops eg Working Resiliently, Art of Conversation, Managing Change, Negotiating and Influencing skills to name but a few! She is a highly skilled communicator and utilises these skills when working with 360 tools, conducting coaching conversations and facilitating training and development.
She has a flexible approach which ensures she can adapt the style and content of her interventions to meet the needs of individual clients. She has extensive experience of working both in a face-to-face environment and virtually using a range of different platforms.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Organisational Learning (FITOL) and a Member of the British Psychological Society.
