Chloe joined West Midlands Employers in 2021 and leads across our resourcing service. She has over 17 years experience in resourcing and HR more recently in charities and the public sector.

She is Level 7 CIPD qualified and holds a masters in Leading and Managing People. Chloe has had a varied career which has enabled her to build a strong foundation in managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivery excellence.
