James joined in July 2022 as our Service Delivery Manager who forms part of the HR team.
After graduating with a Business Management degree in 2014, James has worked for both SME’s and large blue-chip companies in fast-paced customer service roles for the last 7 + years.
James has a passion for human resources and is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management which he is set to complete in October 2022.
As part of his role, his responsibilities include managing the day-to-day commercial consultancy service and being the lead client and associate contact point for the HR service provided by WME.
