My style as a coach, trainer and supervisor is engaging, enthusiastic and authentic. I am flexible and transparent in my approach and am passionate that everything I do adds value and makes working life more productive and effective. I am continually learning and developing and use my extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience to ensure my work is fresh, memorable, enjoyable and outcome focused. My genuine interest in people enables me to build deep and rapid rapport with both groups and individuals and I have a strong sense of humour and fun that I enjoy bringing into my work.

Since 2014 I have been delivering a wide variety of interventions for WME including CPD and coaching supervision, executive coaching, 360 feedback, leadership and soft skill development and coaching programmes. I have worked with clients to develop interventions that are bespoke to their specific organisational needs as well as delivering more “standard” coaching and leadership programmes. My success as both a facilitator and a coach relies on my natural energy and enthusiasm, an ability to build rapid and deep engagement and rapport with individuals and groups and a genuine passion and interest in people. I combine this with a flexibility of approach, a depth of experience and learning gained over 25 years and a pragmatic approach which focusses on clients moving forwards and taking their learning back into the workplace to improve personal and organisational performance. My positive and professional approach consistently results in repeat bookings and recommendations.

After completing a graduate training programme, I spent 4 years working as a store manager before finding my true passion and working as a leadership trainer and coach for a further 17 years for Waitrose, the supermarket arm of the John Lewis Partnership. During this time, I experienced a great deal of personal development, worked extensively as an executive coach with middle and senior management, managed the graduate development programme and developed an authentic leadership programme across the business.

I started my own business in 2013 focusing on personal, leadership and team development across the public and private sectors. I have worked with a wide variety of organisations across the West Midlands and beyond designing and facilitating Coaching and leadership programmes at all levels. I have provided executive coaching to a variety of senior individuals and deliver coaching CPD and supervision across the region.
