As the lead for Leadership and OD at West Midlands Employers, she guides and inspire public sector organisations across the region, helping them build capability, embed culture change, and future-proof their workforce strategies.

10 A Masters-qualified OD practitioner and full CIPD member, she bring deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent development, and cultural transformation. Michelle has designed and led programmes that equip leaders at all levels with the skills to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change.

Passionate about innovation, she lead a regional OD network and oversees a thriving public sector coaching and mentoring community, creating spaces for collaboration, curiosity, and shared learning.
