Rachael has 30+ years local government experience and has extensive HR & OD knowledge and experience, considerable experience working at a senior and strategic level. She has significant experience in providing advice, guidance and interventions in employee relations. She is a experienced Job Evaluation Analyst (NJC Scheme) and experience of pay and grading reviews. She has worked with Trade Unions on TUPE transfers, organisation wide terms and conditions as well as individual casework.
She is Fellow of Chartered Institute is Personnel and Development (CIPD), GCologist, NLP Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider and has a keen interest in mental health and wellbeing.
