I am highly skilled in all aspects of workshop design, delivery and coaching and have a reputation for facilitating informative and engaging workshops designed to enable the clients to transfer their learning into the workplace. My passion for enabling individuals to be the best they can be, together with my ability to build and develop rapport has resulted in the majority of my business being secured through recommendations from previous clients. I am known to be authentic and knowledgeable and can bring a sense of realism and fun when working with clients through using anecdotal evidence to support learning.
I have over 30 years’ experience of working within Councils across the West and East Midlands both as an Associate for West Midlands Employers and also through running my own management and personal development consultancy.
I offer a diverse range of development interventions including coaching, mentoring, facilitating workshops and providing feedback on a variety of 360 and psychometric tools. My passion for supporting the development of others ensures that the energy I bring will enable individuals to engage, reflect and transfer their learning into the workplace.
I am also an active member of the West Midlands Coaching & Mentoring Pool and deliver workshops such as Coaching Skills for Managers.
More recently, I have also taken my delivery online and offer a series of virtual workshops to support managers, individuals and teams through this period of change.
Background
I have over 30 years’ experience of working within the public sector as a manager.
As an associate of WME, I have delivered the Accelerate – Steps to Leadership and the Step Up to Leadership programmes across the region. I have also undertaken extensive, one-to-one 360 facilitation and feedback, working with a variety of psychometric tools.
I started my own business in 2015 and focus on management and personal development in its broadest sense, bringing with me a wealth of experience. My personal integrity and professionalism are fundamental to my success, and I have a genuine desire to help and support others.
During my career working as an Organisational Development manager, I was responsible for the Council wide Learning and Development function. I both commissioned and delivered a full programme of management and personal development interventions. As part of this role I also developed an e-learning platform to support a blended learning approach.
