If you fall into one of the following categories you will be given priority access to coaching or mentoring from the pool:
North Warwickshire Borough believe coaching and mentoring have a key role to play in developing staff in our organisation. Being part of the pool means that we have access to a number of free coaching and mentoring sessions for employees and we need to make sure that the right people and situations have access to the service.

Should you consider coaching/mentoring to be the right choice for your development please discuss this with your line manager or please contact Kerry Drakeley, Human Resources Manager, on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01827 719300.
If it is agreed that coaching/mentoring is a suitable intervention, you will be asked to register as a coachee on the online matching site, if mentoring then register as a mentee. You’ll be invited to complete a registration form and outline what you are looking to gain from engaging with a coach/ mentor. Your request will then be reviewed and you will be given access to search for a coach or mentor from the pool.
