Information we collect includes name, job title, email address and other contact details or information you may provide about yourself as part of your response or booking confirmation. We may also collect information if you voluntarily complete surveys or supply feedback.

We will use this information to communicate with you about your booking. If you have ticked the box to tell us you would like to receive information from us regarding other events or services, we will retain your information and use your information only for that purpose. We will aim to check that you are happy for us to continue to use your information for such purposes at least annually.
