Accessing a Coach/Mentor

We recommend discussing this with your line manager in your one-to-one or appraisal, to see how coaching could further support your development.  If coaching is a suitable development option for you, please register as a coachee on the online matching site, if mentoring then register as a mentee. After registering, your request will then be reviewed and if approved you will be given access to search for a coach or mentor from the pool.
