Given changes over recent times, all interventions/ workshops and support can now be offered virtually, through MS Teams and Zoom, as well as face-to-face. Within this, working hard to ensure a spirit and experience of interaction, engagement and inclusivity!
Given the national seismic context enforced change in recent times, old habits and thinking have been challenged as we all search for new ways to do things. Innovation, thinking differently, personal resilience and ability to adapt has come to the forefront of public service.
Working from the philosophy that people are the most important resource in an organisation, and the principle that ‘we have it in our gift to be the change that we want to see’, Elizabeth has 25+ years experience of development and facilitation across a wide range of national and international public sector, private sector and NGO institutions.
Her focus is on organisational cultural shift by supporting services, teams and individuals through challenging traditional models and ways of thinking and operating. Within this, developing leaders to model and support as their organisations move through transition. In particular by encouraging change to happen through organisational dialogue, including facilitating large group and partnership interventions.
Elizabeth’s experience includes a broad range of services and directorates, including Social Care & Health, Children’s Services, Finance, IT&D, OD/HR, Property Services, Regulation and Enforcement, and Housing. Additionally, she has significant exposure and experience within the NHS, with a particular emphasis on cultural shift and working in authentic partnership across the system.
As skilled coach and facilitator, Elizabeth is accredited in tools such as MBTI, SDI, NLP (Masters), D32/D33 TDLB/Assessor and European FQM.
