Lucy is a Resourcing Officer who is responsible for supporting and leading projects in the Resourcing Team and providing support to the Senior Consultants, particularly on the WMJobs Jobs Board. Alongside project support, Lucy supports the income generation for WMJobs clients.
Lucy has had previous experience with HR casework and in house recruitment, specifically working in Local Authorities. Prior to joining WME, Lucy has worked in two other Local Authorities from across the West Midlands and has worked amongst the challenges of day-to-day recruitment so is keen to support the region with any recruitment needs.
