A highly experience Chartered Fellow of the CIPD Ali has over 25 years’ experience and expertise in strategic organisational development, change management, Leadership and HR.
Having operated and influenced at the highest levels within HR and L&D functions she now leads a successful consultancy business. With a renowned reputation for being passionate about business improvement, behaviour change and the development of high performing leaders/teams, she has worked with senior leaders, executive and all shapes and sizes of teams. She thrives on helping organisation’s understand what good people practices look and feel like, and how they can positively impact on business effectiveness and growth – and has learnt that no one size fits all!
Underpinned by a broad depth of knowledge and the ability to build effective collaborative relationships, Ali’s interests and accomplishments lay in system leadership, organisational change & cultural development and leading corporate values, strategy and transformation programmes. She has supported numerous people as an experienced mentor and is a qualified, skilled and accredited practitioner of a range of psychometric behaviour profiling tools including Everything DiSC. As a strong programme director with high level communication and influencing skills, she excels as a creative and engaging facilitator.
As a result, Ali has successfully been contracted in a variety of key initiatives, projects, interim roles and support across a broad range of organisation types. As well as an Associate Consultant with WM Employers, she is also an Associate Consultant with the CIPD, an Enterprise Adviser with the Careers and Enterprise Company and an Associate Consultant strategic skills review Consultant.
