Emma joined WME as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for leading the organisation’s finance function, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring strong financial governance across the organisation.

Emma is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in finance and has developed a broad background across financial leadership, strategic planning, governance and organisational development. She works closely with colleagues, members and external partners to support business planning, financial sustainability and organisational improvement and is passionate about making finance accessible and adding value beyond the numbers.

Emma enjoys building strong relationships and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. She has a particular interest in improving processes, developing efficient ways of working and supporting organisations through change and transformation.
