Systems Officer

Joining the organisation in July 2022, Ivy is our Systems Officer and part of the Business and Corporate Services team, providing expertise and guidance on the usage and improvement of IT systems used throughout WME, along with technical support to ensure BAU continues smoothly across the organisation.

Ivy has over 15 years of IT support experience with a variety of technologies, roles and organisations; ranging from a technician in a team supporting thousands of users in a multi-site college to the sole systems administrator for a specialist software development company, with some time in between for a computer networking degree and Cisco qualifications. They have experience in most things Microsoft, monitoring, cloud technologies and a whole host of technical infrastructure terms and systems that we shan’t bore you with!

Ivy also has a keen customer service attitude and prides themselves on providing support in a manner appropriate to the user, in the hopes that they feel better assisted and not just given a fix whilst drowned in technobabble. Equally, Ivy has substantial experience in working with third-parties to be a technical interface between suppliers, affected users and related management.
