Finance Manager

Jean joined WME in 2022 as Finance Manager, bringing over 40 years of experience in finance operations, processes, and compliance. An AAT-qualified professional, Jean has worked across both private and public sectors, building a broad skill set in areas such as transactional finance, project management, budget planning and monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and year-end accounts.

In 2019, Jean moved into the public sector as Finance Manager at a secondary school, where she quickly adapted to new regulatory and audit compliance requirements within the education sector. The experience gained in this role provided a strong foundation for her work at WME, where she now applies her expertise to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements within the Finance Team.

Jean is known for her attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Jean firmly believes in the value of teamwork, which is captured by the quote: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts” – Aristotle.
