Lucy is the Resourcing Consultant at WME, delivering the WMJobs roadmap, alongside wider Resourcing projects and service delivery.

Lucy holds a Level 5 CIPD qualification and has worked amongst the day-to-day challenges in recruitment and has previously worked across local councils within the region, gaining experience in HR casework and in-house recruitment. Lucy is passionate about the people she works with, supporting the region and making a real difference.
