Resourcing Consultant

Lucy is a Resourcing Consultant at West Midlands Employers (WME), working across both strategy and delivery to support organisations with their recruitment and attraction approaches. She has been with WME since 2022 and holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification.

With almost 10 years’ experience in in-house recruitment, Lucy has worked closely with local councils across the region, building a strong understanding of the day to day challenges within public sector recruitment. Her experience spans in-house recruitment and HR casework, and more recently, leading a small team to deliver consistent, high quality resourcing services.

Lucy is particularly experienced in the WMJobs job board and applicant tracking systems such as Tribepad, supporting organisations to make better use of their platforms to improve attraction, enhance candidate experience, streamline processes and maximise the impact of their recruitment activity.

Alongside service delivery, Lucy is actively involved in wider resourcing projects and service improvement, including customer support, compliance and developing more consistent, scalable ways of working and attraction initiatives.

She is focused on delivering practical improvements that make a meaningful difference across the region, for both organisations and the candidates they attract.
