Martyna Czapiewska

Finance Assistant

Martyna is part of the Finance Team here at West Midlands Employers. She joined WME in July 2023.

Martyna keeps our day-to-day finances running smoothly – whether that’s managing our purchase and sales ledgers, supporting budgeting processes, or making sure our financial records are accurate and up to date across all our service areas.

She has always enjoyed working with numbers and staying organised, and holds an ICB Level 2 Diploma in Bookkeeping, which helps bring her structure and attention to detail into everything she does. Martyna also likes looking at how we can make things even more efficient behind the scenes to support the wider WME team.

One of the things Martyna enjoys the most about WME is the collaborative and people-first culture – it’s a place where everyone’s contributions are valued, and there’s real encouragement to keep learning and growing.
