Shiblee is a Level 7 CIPD-qualified Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) professional with over 10 years of experience, including a strong foundation in the private sector, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Having worked in dynamic and commercially driven environments, Shiblee understands the value of aligning learning with strategic goals to drive both individual and organisational performance. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to fostering development, supporting change, and building resilient learning cultures.

Since joining WME in 2023, Shiblee has worked closely with internal colleagues and external clients to deliver tailored people solutions. After supporting a range of Learning and Organisational Development initiatives, she joined the Resourcing Team in October 2025, where she now works with local authorities and public sector organisations to deliver recruitment and talent attraction solutions. Shiblee remains passionate about creating impactful, inclusive, and lasting outcomes that help individuals and organisations thrive.
