Syrontie is a seasoned data professional with over eight years of experience across the private and public sectors. His career spans roles in large corporations, educational institutions, startups, and a local authority, giving him a broad and balanced perspective on data use and governance. Throughout his career, Syrontie has held various positions across the data lifecycle, including Data Officer, Analyst, Consultant, Advisor, and roles in data management.

This diverse experience has shaped his strong belief that insights derived from data should be accessible and meaningful to a wide range of audiences. Since joining WME in May, Syrontie has been involved in leading data projects and streamlining business-as-usual (BAU) data processes. He is passionate about working smarter as well as harder, with a focus on improving processes for both colleagues and stakeholders.
