Resourcing Officer

Tania began her journey at West Midlands Employers in May 2025, bringing HR expertise honed in both public and private sectors. She is Level 7 CIPD qualified and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management.

In her role as Resourcing Officer at WME, Tania provides tailored resourcing solutions to public sector organisations across the West Midlands.

She works closely with councils and partner organisations to support effective recruitment campaigns and promote employer branding to help attract the right talent.

Tania has previously worked as a Strategic Recruitment Specialist and HR People Advisor, where she developed and led talent acquisition strategies across a range of complex organisations. She is passionate about supporting the public sector in attracting and retaining top talent through inclusive recruitment practices, strategic workforce planning, and data-driven resourcing solutions.
