Resourcing Officer

Tania joined West Midlands Employers in May 2025, bringing extensive recruitment and HR experience from both the public and private sectors. She is CIPD Level 7 qualified and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

As a Resourcing Officer at WME, Tania works with councils and partner organisations to deliver effective recruitment campaigns and strengthen employer brands, helping to attract and retain talented people across the public sector.

Prior to joining WME, Tania worked as a Strategic Recruitment Specialist and HR People Advisor, leading talent acquisition initiatives within complex organisations. She is passionate about helping public sector employers attract and retain diverse talent through inclusive recruitment practices, strategic workforce planning and evidence-based resourcing solutions.
