Service Delivery Manager – MOU

Tracy joined WME in October 2022 as Lead Regional Officer for the Children’s Memorandum of Understanding. In 2024, she expanded her role to support the Adults’ Memorandum of Commitment, alongside International recruitment and data projects that strengthen evidence-based workforce planning.

With experience across the public, private and third sectors, Tracy brings a strong background in project delivery, leadership and partnership working. She holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years (Level 5) and has completed the ILM Engage Management Development Programme, both of which have strengthened her practical understanding of frontline services, workforce pressures and collaborative leadership.

Tracy is passionate about working with people to find solutions, turn ideas into practical action and empower others to achieve their best. Her frontline leadership experience gives her a strong understanding of the challenges facing Children’s and Adults’ Social Care across the West Midlands, and she is committed to promoting fair pay, ethical recruitment and sustainable workforce practices across the region.

She works closely with partners, providers and government bodies to share learning, support best practice and encourage new ways of working across the sector.
