Elizabeth Lisle has over 25 years experience of organisational development and facilitation across an international range of public sector, private sector and UN institutions, including ICS, Social Care and Public Health, Finance, IT&D, OD/HR, Place, Regulation and Enforcement, Education, Legal & Governance.

She places a particular emphasis on coaching for cultural shift and driving authentic partnerships across the system by supporting and challenging individuals and services to think innovatively, challenging traditional models and ways of working. Her core philosophy and principle is that we have to be the changes we want to see! As the designer and facilitator of the award-winning approach to culture transformation ‘Owning and Driving Performance’ (ODP™), she is in a great position to help organisations shift up the gears.

Elizabeth is highly experienced at stimulating organisational dialogue and facilitating large group and partnership interventions to make an impact. A skilled consultant, coach and facilitator, she is accredited in tools such as MBTI, SDI, NLP (Masters), D32/D33 TDLB/Assessor and European FQM.

Her publications include 'Improving the Service - A Training and Development Guide', 'Quality and Equality - Service to the Whole Community' and 'Leadership for Change - Women's Development'.
