Ali Bond

Ali Bond is an EMCC-accredited Leadership Coach, Trainer and Facilitator with over 30 years' experience working to Director level across government, education and the wider public sector. Throughout her career, she has led teams, developed strategy, built high-performing partnerships and supported senior leaders through periods of organisational change, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges facing today's public sector organisations.

Since founding ABCoaching in 2020, Ali has worked with leaders, managers and teams to strengthen leadership capability, develop resilient and high-performing teams, and improve sustainable performance through coaching, training and facilitation. Alongside her own consultancy, she is an Executive Coach at Warwick Business School and works with a range of associate organisations, coaching and training senior leaders, managers and teams across the public, education and private sectors. Her coaching style is practical, supportive and appropriately challenging, creating the confidence and accountability that enable people to translate insight into action.

Prior to establishing ABCoaching, Ali held senior leadership roles at Oxford Brookes University, Warwick Business School, Solihull School and The Careers & Enterprise Company. She has also served as Vice Chair of Governors at Myton School and as a trustee and management committee member within the voluntary sector, giving her a broad understanding of governance and public service leadership.

Ali's particular areas of expertise include leadership development, team effectiveness, coaching through change, resilience and sustainable performance. Her extensive leadership experience enables her to combine strategic thinking with practical coaching that is grounded in the realities of organisational life.
