I am a leadership coach, coach supervisor, facilitator and development consultant with over 25 years’ experience across the public and voluntary sectors.
I'm on a mission to cultivate coaching, emotional intelligence and resilience in our leaders and public services.
I deliver a range of training and bespoke offers for organisations and teams including;
• executive and leadership coaching
• reset work with teams in conflict
• manager-as-coach programmes
• coaching skills training
• short courses around emotional intelligence, stress management and neurodiversity awareness
• CPD sessions for coaches
I also design and deliver leadership development programmes for different leadership tiers, with a focus on relational leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching approaches and reflective practice.
I bring a strong background in senior leadership, strategic development, partnerships and service improvement from earlier roles in higher education, social care, local government and the voluntary sector.
