Maisie Cass
Maisie Cass is a Neurodiversity Consultant, Speaker and Trainer with over 20 years’ experience across education, SEND, safeguarding and organisational development.
She works with organisations to move beyond awareness and create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive, contributing to improved performance, retention and overall workforce wellbeing.
Her approach is grounded in the understanding that behaviour is often a reflection of underlying neurological and nervous system needs, rather than a matter of motivation or capability. By helping leaders and teams to better understand and respond to these needs, Maisie supports organisations to reduce friction, strengthen communication and design more effective, sustainable ways of working. Maisie delivers training, consultancy and strategic support across both public and private sector organisations, with a focus on practical, real-world application.
Her work supports teams to translate insight into meaningful, sustainable change at both an individual and organisational level.
She is particularly passionate about creating psychologically safe environments that enable people to perform at their best, and about supporting organisations to embed neuro-inclusive practices by design - not as an afterthought, but as part of how work works.
