Merrisha Gordon PCC is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Consultant and Facilitator with over 21 years' NHS leadership experience and more than 5,000 hours of coaching practice.
A former NHS leader, Merrisha combines extensive leadership experience with professional coaching expertise and a deep understanding of the challenges facing today's leaders. She specialises in supporting senior leaders, aspiring leaders and underrepresented talent to build confidence, navigate complexity, lead authentically and maximise their impact.
An accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Merrisha has worked with executives, senior leaders and underrepresented talent across the NHS, local government, higher education, charities and the wider public sector.
