Sue has MSc degree in Coaching & Mentoring and over 20 years experience in Leadership & Management. Her areas of professional engagement include, public sector (NHS and Local Authorities) services, Corporate, SME Businesses and Charitable and Social Enterprises. Sue is also an Associate Consultant with EMCC Global for EQA Accreditation, and Advisory Board Member of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee with Pearsons TQ (one of UK’s largest Education/Apprenticeship Providers).
Specialising in Organisational Development Consultancy, Coaching & Mentoring strategy implementation, Accreditation, Team Development Facilitation, Leadership/Management skills development and Action Learning set facilitation, Sue is also a feedback facilitator for 360 and Insights Discovery Profiles and a trained Mediator – and Chairs the People Committee within her Trust Board role.
