A highly experienced HR and OD professional with over thirty years’ experience within local government, I am passionate about the value a great People function can bring to an organisation; with the energy and commitment to deliver excellent outcomes through outstanding people management interventions.
Having operated at senior leadership level (Head of HROD and Assistant Director of HROD), I am a strong generalist with solid HR credentials underpinning an OD mindset. Continuous improvement and whole systems thinking is important to me in taking both strategic and operational perspectives to service delivery.
I undertake and inspire others to create, develop and deliver business focused solutions, whilst providing a customer-first service, always with clear purpose in mind. With Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD, and as a qualified coach and mentor, I bring a valuable combination of technical HR expertise with strategic insight and practical implementation skills.
