Michelle is an experienced change and project management professional, specialising in Local Authority business transformation. She excels in supporting organisations to translate their strategies into meaningful outcomes and delivering inclusive, customer-focused change that leaves a lasting positive impact.
She has served as Programme Manager for a variety of Local Authority change projects, encompassing Agile Working, Electronic Document Management System implementation, Service Redesign, Channel Shift initiatives, Chargeable Garden Waste programs, and Contact Centre Telephony enhancements.
