Rita Symons is a highly experienced and accredited senior leadership coach with a distinguished background in the NHS, where she held Board-level roles for over a decade. Her extensive career in public service has provided her with deep insight into the challenges faced by public sector leaders, enabling her to bring both strategic understanding and empathetic support to her coaching work.

Now running her own coaching and leadership development practice, Rita supports clients across all levels of seniority, with a particular strength in coaching executive and senior leaders. She is deeply committed to fostering inclusive cultures and empowering individuals to grow and lead with authenticity and courage.
