Sue is a specialist in change and organisational development with extensive experience supporting boards, senior leadership teams, and middle managers across both private and public sector organisations. She works with leaders on a one-to-one basis to identify potential, strengthen individual capability, and enhance leadership effectiveness. In addition, she partners with senior teams to build collective capability and to facilitate the successful implementation of major change initiatives, including culture transformation programmes.
After graduating, Sue spent more than a decade in senior HR roles within the IT industry, most notably with IBM UK and SAP UK. She later moved into consultancy, holding roles with Accenture and Penna plc before establishing a successful freelance practice. Her background gives her a unique blend of corporate insight and consulting expertise, enabling her to navigate complex organisational environments and support leaders through periods of significant transition.
Sue is an experienced coach and facilitator, working with both individuals and teams to improve performance, alignment, and resilience. She is also a British Psychological Society qualified assessor, bringing a rigorous, evidence-based approach to evaluating leadership and organisational capability.
