One of the trickiest areas many of us are navigating right now is how we create genuinely neuro-inclusive workplaces whilst also supporting managers to address concerns around conduct, capability and performance confidently and fairly.

It can be a tricky area to navigate. Many organisations want to do the right thing, but managers can sometimes feel unsure about where support ends, where accountability begins, and how to have fair, compassionate and clear conversations.

At our next WMOD Elite, we'll be joined by our new associate, Maisie Cass, to explore exactly that.

The session will look at the important distinction between capability, capacity and conduct, and will offer practical ideas for how support and accountability can work hand in hand. The aim is to create a thoughtful, useful conversation that helps OD colleagues support managers with more confidence, without losing sight of inclusion, dignity and fairness.
