Change is no longer an occasional event in the public sector; it has become the backdrop to everyday working life.

Priorities shift before delivery is complete. Structures change before people have had time to adjust. Roles evolve, teams are reconfigured, and expectations keep moving.

And in the middle of all of this, people are expected to pivot.

But pivoting is about more than simply changing direction. Real movement takes time.

This year's conference explores how coaching and mentoring can help people and organisations:

We believe coaching and mentoring are not simple forms of support during difficult times, but part of the infrastructure that helps people keep adapting and moving forward.

The Pivot is about more than responding to change. It's about recognising when it's time to let go, seeing challenges from a different perspective and finding the confidence to move forward. Through inspiring keynotes, interactive sessions and shared learning, you will leave with fresh ideas, renewed energy and approaches you can apply in your coaching, mentoring, leadership and everyday conversations.
