Our coaching and mentoring pool allows public sector employees to access free, high-quality coaching from accredited coaches and mentoring from experienced individuals who have valuable knowledge to share.
This innovative, practitioner led project is part of an ongoing drive to improve public sector performance. Over 40 organisations subscribe to the pool, collaborating to deliver coaching and mentoring, across the West Midlands and beyond. We are driven by a vision of enabling people to become the best they can be whatever the work environment.

How to access the portal
To join the pool, please complete the online registration form, providing a clear summary of what you want to gain from a coaching or mentoring relationship. If coaching is the best option for you, please register as a coachee. If you feel that mentoring would be more suitable, please register as a mentee. Your request will then be reviewed, and if approved, you will be given access to search for a coach or a mentor.
