With nine years of working in public sector roles, Priya joined WME in December 2019, bringing experience in customer service and support, human resources, recruitment campaigns and candidate management.

Priya is the Service Adviser in the Resourcing Team, reporting to the Senior Consultant in Resourcing. Priya’s key responsibilities include the TalentLink recruitment system and associated processes, investigating system issues, supporting Executive Recruitment campaigns and offering subscriber support and training.
Prior to joining WME, Priya worked at a Multi Academy Trust where she gained invaluable experience in managing transactional HR processes, safeguarding in schools, managing senior recruitment campaigns (including Headteachers, Directors and CEO), delivering training and relationship management.
Priya is an Associate member of the CIPD and is proud to work in the public sector. She loves that her role at WME enables her to connect with clients and candidates in many different ways and she also thoroughly enjoys being able to get to the bottom of a problem or system issue.
